Come enjoy a bright and airy, coastal inspired spring home tour! I refreshed our rooms for spring with greenery and plants, neutral patterns, vintage accents, and hints of blush pink, teal, and blue.

I am so excited to share the subtle, budget-friendly changes I have made around our home to usher in springtime this year. So grab a coffee or iced tea (it is almost spring, after all) and let’s get started.

No major changes here since I shared my coastal entryway decor ideas earlier this year! I did swap out the hammered gold vase for another basket, and added fresh greenery to enhance the coastal, California vibe. Several weeks later the greenery still looks great, too. Greenery lasts much longer than fresh florals, and doesn’t muck up the water in the vase!

Our living room has definitely made the biggest transformation recently! A few weeks ago I tackled several of the gray walls with white paint. I still need to finish painting, but I love how bright and fresh it feels in here now.

Apart from that, I exchanged our winter pillows for muted, springy tones and neutral patterns. I especially love the blush colored pillow on our accent chair!

Finally, I swapped out some of the decor on our ladder shelf, which is one of my favorite areas to change up seasonally. The blue vase, florals, and abundant greenery add a touch of spring.

Spring Kitchen Tour with Vintage Accents

I’ve been slowly adding interest to our kitchen with thrifted and vintage touches. For spring, I’m focusing on pretty greens, yellows, and blues. Apart from the vintage books that I recently found at the thrift store, I already had everything else.

The pretty handmade bowls were a wedding gift, made by my husband’s very talented aunt. The florals are all faux, except for the white chrysanthemums and greenery in the last photo below. Finally, the white bowls and plates are the ones I have been using for dining room tablescapes–made of inexpensive melamine!
