Cozy Fall Tablescape Color Palette
When styling our dining room, I like to begin by choosing colors. I typically use napkins and florals to set the tone for the space, since my tablescape staples are neutral. Rust napkins, warm wooden accents, and faux pampas grass are the stars of this look. Here are some more pieces that would help create a fall color palette:
Fabric Pumpkins and Table Settings
My fabric pumpkins are from Target an no longer available, but here are some similar linen pumpkins that are perfect for a fall table! I stacked them on top of gold fluted chargers, stoneware plates, and the cloth napkins simply folded. You may have noticed that I completely forgot to add flatware–blogger fail! But any tone would work here: black, stainless, or gold. More pumpkin and table setting options:
Neutral Fall Stems
Is there anything better than fall florals? I decided to go with simple faux pampas stems. Pampas grass provides great texture and can be used year round. Autumn leaf branches and fall flowers would be perfect too–check out my huge roundup of fall florals and stems! Here are a few finds:
Cozy Fall Tablescape Finishing Touches
To finish off this space, a plaid throw draped over a chair adds warmth, as well as a few earth toned pillows (terra cotta pillow, brown pillow). In the second photo below, you can see how I would style this space for daily use without the plates–simply corral the pumpkins in a wooden bowl.
